


6 Week Workshop - Creativity for Wellbeing is now closed
This group is a 6-week journey using creative methods to reduce stress through the creative process without judgement. It is an opportunity to access a simple form or expression that promotes self-soothing, calmness, self-care, compassion, boundaries and self-reflection. By exploring who we are, we can better understand ourselves and our relationships.
The group is on every Monday at 1.00pm and runs for two hours. Small numbers of attendees. 8th November – 13th December.
Cost for 6 sessions is $300 including art materials.

Art can support our process when words are not enough.
Participants do not need to be artistic, or good at art to benefit from taking part with the art group.
What to expect at the group?
A short mindfulness meditation or visualisation
Art making – different themes will be explored weekly, using various art materials such as paint, collage, colour pencils and pastels.
Group discussion and reflection.
